Fabletics Q&A
Q:
How can you cancel VIP membership when the so called 24 hour phone numbers won't even connect
I've had no problem calling the number. This is the one I used: 1-844-322-5384. They will try to convince you to keep your membership though, so stay strong! Haha

It is very corrupt. I have cancelled my credit card and had a new one sent, so this fraudulent company can't take any money without my knowledge. I did manage to cancel my membership over the phone, but I still don't trust them If you can't get them on the phone, I suggest you cancel the card you used to pay them, or if debit card, tell your bank about it.

Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Q:
Are you charged for canceling your membership? And do you have to cancel it after you have received your order?. Please help!
I was not charged. You SHOULD cancel immediately after receiving. They simply do not have enough to justify a monthly VIP Membership.

Oh, one more thing... I think McKenzie S. Might be working for Fabletics after reading her answer. I don't think anyone would want to get charged for cancelling.

No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.

Q:
I have just realised I have been charged $70AUD each month for the past six months :( I realise this is my own fault, but what on earth am I being charged for? I only bought one pair of tights! That means the tights have thus far cost me $420!
Same thing happened to me! Complete scam! They were no help!

When you purchase an outfit you are agreeing to their membership. The membership includes a credit, which can be used to purchase 1 outfit per month. If you don't want the membership anymore, then call them and cancel. But it is YOUR fault for not reading the Terms and Conditions before completing the "checkout" process.

Q:
How do I remove my credit card info from the site?
I had the same issue as most of you guys. I called the number for the customer service and asked them to delete my information as politely as I could. He told me about 50 different ways that my information wouldn't be used since my account was closed. I told him that wasn't good enough and I wanted the numbers removed. When I asked to talk to a manager he just directed the conversation onto something else. After about 30 or 40 minutes of arguing he finally put me on hold. When he finally came back on he told me my information had been removed from the website. I refreshed the page and everything was gone. Don't take their $#*!. Just be pushy. They'll hopefully listen.

Best way is to call your bank and get a new card, I was going to purchase from that site had my credit card number and press purchase but it said I my card didn't go through... I then started reading up on it and got nervous since I had my card number on there and would not let me delete, I called them and they said since I havent purchased anything I'm not a member which is good till i went on my credit card account to make sure nothing was purchased. But it did take money out my account. So much for saying my card didn't go through. What a scam! Had to call the bank and stop them transaction and asked for s new card too!

If you look in your account, that money is there as a credit for you to spend. In their favour, they have credited my money and cancelled my account. I knew they would be taking money but was expecting the email on the 1st so I could skip the month but they emailed me on the 6th which is too late because you have to skip the month on the 5th.

Q:
Hey I went on Fabletics all excited and I was about to check out and read the fine print about the VIP membership and the $44 a month so I decided... ehh no thanks! So I didn't buy anything and I didn't give them any card information. But I technically have a login and password and it says I am a member. Should I still call to cancel my membership or no. I am super paranoid, but I didn't give them any card information for any payment for them to take any money out. I am super paranoid though that they are like going to send me a bill in the mail or something haha. I hate stuff like this. What do you think?
You'l be fine. As long as you didn't purchase anything for the VIP price you won't be signed up for their VIP membership

If you have not given them any card info I would not worry about it. If they keep sending you spam just unsubscribe.

If you didn't give the any cc info, then you should be fine. I was the stupid one, and didn't read the fine print.
